Sylvia O.Thomas, the Groundbreaking CEO of Thomas Entertainment Productions, Inc. and Top Shelf Music (YCR Records) is known for her one of a kind movie-like dramatic Productions that leave the audience standing to their feet with thunderous applause. She brings her creative mind and phenomenal music abilities to the stage with her unforgettable story lines and her collegiate concert soloist world-wide tour experience to every one of her productions that leaves her audience craving for more.
Sylvia O.Thomas is the Writer, Producer, Director, and Star of “The New Millennium Crucifixion” Live on Stage National Touring Play where she stars as the very First Woman in the entire World to ever play the Magnificent Role of Jesus Christ! This ground breaking one-of-a-kind Phenomenal Stage Play is amongst her many successful productions, including “A Time for Redemption,” “I Use To Be A Church Girl, The First Motion Picture on Stage” which swept the nation and left America in awe, and soon to hit the box office movie screen, “The New Millenium Crucifixion,” the first Christian Chiller intertwined with explosive drama, horror, action, sci-fi, and the theatrical arts.
If all that wasn’t enough, Sylvia O. Thomas is the first African American woman to have created her own National/International music recording label (Top Shelf Music formally YCR Records) for her two superstar sons, National recording Artist, Writer, Producer, Johnny B “Wavy Crockett,” and Roxè. If being a trailblazer in the music industry wasn’t enough, Ms. Thomas has now achieved being the first African American woman in the Ohio Midwest to have received PACE Real Estate Development Funding Approval in excess of $3 Million. Yes that’s right she is a Real Estate Land Developer!
Where would a little country girl raised in Amite, Louisiana get the faith, skill-sets, and inspiration to put on such massive life changing productions and take on such enormous projects that most people would be afraid to think about trying. Sylvia’s faith to believe in herself and that her productions could change the world came from her parents, Roosevelt Thomas (father) and Pastor Thelma Campbell-Thomas (mother), instilling in her the word of God at a very young age. Sylvia won numerous awards and accolades for her scholastic achievements throughout grade school to college, several national beauty queen titles, numerous professional awards, and many starring roles in gospel productions written by her mother throughout the Methodist church national conferences.
Sylvia Thomas’ formal education as a Suma Cum Laude graduate with a BA degree in Business Management/ Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Dillard University sets her scholastic foundation which was further built upon through her vast and numerous corporate experiences as a top level Executive with the Fortune 500, Big 4 International Consulting Firms, and extensive background in corporate America.
Ms. Thomas’ passion and amazing talent for the theatrical arts is an undeniable ability stemming from her powerful bloodline, which possess some of the most Influential and Powerful Entertainment Leaders in the World.
There are no limits to Ms. Sylvia Thomas’ passions. Her current philanthropic efforts are centered around creating the “NO HATE NO VIOLENCE” MOVEMENT (for ALL Races) along with her youngest son, Roxè (National Recording Artist), to bring awareness and fight against the world’s global pandemic of violence and racial discrimination. Her national music recording label, Top Shelf Music, Inc., has launched Roxè’s Hit Single, JESUS (Kingdom of Love), Worldwide to spearhead The NO HATE NO VIOLENCE MOVEMENT to raise millions of dollars from sponsorships, endorsements, and international corporations around the world to give to families of ALL Races that have been victimized by violence.
OUr Mission
The No Hate No Violence Non-Profit Organization was created to give aid and help to other organizations that fight against racism and violence and families that have been impacted by racial violence and injustices. The NHNV wants to be at the core of this global issue and use its associates with Top Shelf Music, Inc. to bring about awareness, spread the message, and collect donations to give back to hurting families that have been victimized and injured through senseless violence. The NHNV will utilize Top Shelf Music Artists to throw huge benefit concerts (online or in person) and create global musical hits to influence the world to “Rise Above the Hate and Violence” (Featured in Roxè’s Hit Single, JESUS) and go toward the light, Love, and Positivity.
